Public Workshops >>

Over the years the Suffolk Craft Society has run day workshops during IPART, the summer arts festival held by the Ipswich Borough Council. Led by society members, up to 15 different workshops were offered by experienced tutors suitable for absolute beginners and those with more experience and of all ages. All basic materials were provided and participants were advised to wear old clothes as this was to be a hands on experience. With group sizes of 8 to 10 participants in each workshop pre booking was essential.

Examples of the workshops are listed below. The society continues to seek partnerships with other organisations to implement and develop similar workshop programs. Contact us for further information >
